Open Journal Club (Spring 2026)

We meet at DCANT Lab (Teilhard Hall Rm. 1106) every Thursday at 10:30 AM to discuss a paper. Everyone is welcome to join, no registration or sign-up required! Just show up with these two expectations in mind:

  1. Read the paper beforehand. The discussion will be much more meaningful if you've read the paper. Don't worry if you don't understand everything. Questions are always welcome and help everyone learn.
  2. Join the conversation. Share your thoughts, questions, insights, or anything that comes to mind.

In each meeting, a member of the DCANT Lab gives a brief summary of the paper and then leads the discussion. Meetings are held in Korean, and the paper for each meeting is announced about two weeks in advance. You can find the date, time, and paper for each meeting below.

매주 목요일 오전 10:30에 DCANT Lab(떼이야르관 1106호)에서 논문을 읽고 함께 토론합니다. 별도의 등록이나 신청 없이 그냥 오시면 됩니다. 오픈 저널 클럽은 누구든지 환영합니다! 오픈 저널 클럽에 참여하실 때는 다음 두 가지를 기억해주세요:

  1. 논문을 미리 읽어 오세요. 논문을 읽고 오면 훨씬 더 의미 있는 토론이 될 수 있습니다. 다 이해하지 못해도 괜찮습니다. 궁금한 점을 자유롭게 질문해 주세요. 질문은 모두의 이해를 돕습니다.
  2. 토론에 적극적으로 참여해 주세요. 떠오르는 생각, 질문, 의견 등 무엇이든 편하게 나누어 주세요.

각 모임에서는 DCANT Lab 구성원 한 명이 논문을 간단히 요약한 후 토론을 이끌어 갑니다. 모임은 한국어로 진행되며, 논문은 약 2주 전에 공지됩니다. 각 모임의 날짜 및 시간과 논문은 아래에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.
